Assessment, AI & Consultation Consent Notice

1. What is the ASKZONE Assessment?

The ASKZONE assessment is designed to help you develop greater awareness of how you are currently functioning across selected dimensions of human capacity.

Depending on the assessment, ASKZONE may examine areas such as:

• • Stress
• • Emotional stability
• • Motivation
• • Confidence
• • Productivity
• • Decision-making
• • Relationships
• • Work-related functioning
• • Other dimensions included in the relevant assessment

The exact dimensions may vary depending on the assessment version.

The assessment is designed for self-awareness, personal development, consultation and capacity-building purposes.

2. What the Assessment Does NOT Do

The ASKZONE assessment is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical, psychiatric or psychological condition.

The assessment should not be interpreted as:

• • A clinical psychological assessment
• • A medical diagnosis
• • A psychiatric diagnosis
• • A psychological diagnosis
• • A medical treatment recommendation
• • An emergency assessment
• • A substitute for professional healthcare

ASKZONE does not claim that an assessment result establishes whether a person has or does not have a medical or psychological condition.

If you require medical, psychiatric, psychological or other specialised professional assistance, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

3. Information You Provide

During the assessment, ASKZONE may ask you questions relating to your experiences, behaviours, functioning, circumstances, preferences and goals.

Depending on the service, you may provide information relating to areas such as:

• • Energy

• • Confidence

You should not provide information about another person unless you are authorised to do so.

4. AI and Automated Analysis

ASKZONE may use artificial intelligence (“AI”), machine learning and automated analytical technologies to process assessment responses.

AI may be used to:

• • Calculate or assist in calculating scores
• • Generate personalised insights
• • Generate recommendations
• • Recommend relevant ASKZONE services
• • Personalise consultation or learning journeys

AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies.

Therefore, an ASKZONE AI output should be treated as an indicative analytical insight, not an unquestionable fact.

5. Human Capacity Score

Depending on the assessment, ASKZONE may generate a Human Capacity Score or another composite score.

The score is intended to provide a structured indication based on information available to ASKZONE at the relevant time.

The score:

• • Is not a measure of your human worth
• • Does not define your personality or identity
• • Is not a permanent measurement
• • Is not a medical or psychological diagnosis
• • Does not determine your future
• • Does not guarantee performance or success
• • May change as your circumstances and responses change
• • Should be interpreted in the context of the underlying assessment

A higher or lower score should not be interpreted as making one person inherently better or worse than another.

6. How Your Assessment Data May Be Used

Subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law, information collected through the assessment may be used to:

• • Recommend relevant ASKZONE programmes

After an assessment, ASKZONE may recommend services such as:

Where ASKZONE provides human consultation, authorised consultants or professionals may receive information reasonably necessary to provide the relevant service.

Access will be subject to applicable contractual, confidentiality and privacy requirements.

ASKZONE may use AI-assisted systems alongside human professionals.

10. Corporate Assessments

If you participate in an ASKZONE assessment through your employer or another organisation, additional rules may apply.

Depending on the corporate arrangement, the organisation may receive certain organisational or employee-related insights.

Before participating in a corporate assessment, you should review any additional notice provided specifically for that programme.

ASKZONE recommends that individual assessment scores should not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions such as:

• • Disciplinary action
• • Other high-impact employment decisions

Corporate clients remain responsible for lawful use of assessment information.

11. Confidentiality Is Not Absolute

However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:

You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take based on ASKZONE information.

You should seek appropriate qualified professional advice before making significant medical, legal, financial, employment or other high-impact decisions.

15. Sensitive or Highly Personal Information

Some assessment questions may involve personal experiences or information that you may consider sensitive.

You should answer only to the extent you are comfortable doing so.

Do not provide:

16. Consent to Assessment Processing

By selecting “I Agree & Start Assessment”, you acknowledge and agree that:

• • You understand that ASKZONE may process your assessment responses to provide the assessment service.
• • You understand that AI and automated technologies may be used.
• • You understand that AI-generated outputs may contain errors.
• • You understand that the Human Capacity Score is an indicative analytical measure.
• • You understand that the assessment is not a medical, psychiatric or psychological diagnosis.
• • You understand that consultation is not a substitute for healthcare or emergency services.
• • You have provided information voluntarily and to the best of your knowledge.
• • You have reviewed the ASKZONE Privacy Policy.
• • You understand that certain ASKZONE services may require additional consent or payment.
• • You understand that you remain responsible for decisions based on ASKZONE outputs.
• • You understand that you may have rights relating to your personal data under applicable law.

17. Consent Withdrawal

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent subject to applicable law.

Withdrawal of consent may affect ASKZONE's ability to continue providing certain services.

Withdrawal will not necessarily affect processing that was lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

Requests may be submitted through ASKZONE's privacy or grievance contact.

18. Assessment Completion and Results

After completing the assessment, ASKZONE may generate results immediately or after processing.

The availability, format and level of detail of the results may depend on the assessment selected.

Some detailed reports or consultation recommendations may require purchase of a paid service.
