How it works
1. Register and activate
Create your company account, complete payment and unlock the portal.
2. Add your people
Create departments and upload employees by CSV. Employees never self-register.
3. Employees assess
Each employee completes the 11-dimension assessment under their own login.
4. Track movement
Every repeat assessment is compared to the previous one — growth, neutral or degrowth.
5. Read the intelligence
Department reports, capacity risk and potential business effects — aggregated only.
6. Act and reassess
Apply the recommended actions, then measure again to see whether capacity moved.
Privacy is built into the structure
Employees see their own scores, history and guidance. Administrators only ever see aggregated results — never an individual's answers or personal score — and any group with fewer than 3 completed assessments is withheld entirely. Nothing in this portal is a medical or psychological diagnosis.
