Privacy is structural, not a promise
Organisation administrators never see an individual's answers or personal score. Every department, team and risk view is aggregated, and any group with fewer than 5 responses is suppressed entirely. Individuals keep full ownership of their own report and consultation journey.
How rollout works
1. Register your company
Register in the Human Capacity Portal, activate it and set up departments.
2. Import people
Use the CSV template to add employees with their department and team.
3. Invite to assess
Employees take the assessment under their own account; results flow into aggregates automatically.
4. Act on the map
Read the risk map, generate team programmes and enrol priority groups into consultation.
